PT3 Automatic Endoscope Reprocessor 

Three independent trays produce a sterile endoscope every seven minutes! Low running cost and high reliability make this the answer for busy endoscopy units.

Every other AER (Automatic Endoscope Reprocessor) uses one technology to reprocess the endoscope. This is despite the fact that each phase (cleaning, disinfecting and rinsing) has different requirements. Thus a machine that sprays for all 3 phases does not do a good job in 2 of the 3 phases. The Partners PT3 uses the best technology for each phase.

Cleaning and immersion with a powerful enzymatic removing all test soils in less than 30 seconds, reinforcing the manual clean.
Disinfection – partial immersion and spraying with the disinfectant ensures contacts with external surfaces of the endoscope and all surfaces of the bay. Each channel is monitored for blockage or disconnection.
Rinsing – powerful spray arms and pulsed RO water through the channels removes all traces of disinfectant prior to forced air drying – ready for the next patient or storage.

SPEED – Partners PT 3 cycle time is 24 minutes, with 3 independent trays. This means you have a patient safe endoscope every 8 minutes.

FUTURE PROOF – Must meet guidelines, must cope with the inevitable endoscope growth and new types of endoscopes. Partners PT3 meets HTM 2030, EN 15883-4. The PT3 is possibly the ONLY AER that allows you to choose which disinfectant to use.

FOOLPROOF – Most incidents where endoscopes were not reprocessed safely are due to operator error.
• Partners PT3 recognizes the endoscope and the user with RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Device).
• It shows the operator how to connect the endoscope correctly using the clear visual display monitor.
• It will verify that the connection(s) have been made correctly.
• It will continually monitor the connection(s).
