Our Pentax accredited service and repair facility ensures that your equipment is repaired rapidly and to the highest possible standard. Service contract options offer excellent value and provide complete piece of mind. They ensure that loan and emergency use equipment is available when it is required, assisting with your provision of uninterrupted hospital services.


National Field Service




In addition to having State of the art Technical Repair Facility in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 Sword Medical Ltd supports our customers with a national network of field service engineers who are focused on providing a fast emergency or breakdown call-out service, as well as planned preventative maintenance visits.

Our field engineers operate with a comprehensive stock of repair parts backed up by inventory available at our dedicated Field Engineering office adjacent to The Sword Medical Ltd Head Office in Dublin 15. Stock from this inventory is shipped same day or overnight to allow service and repairs be completed in the fastest possible time.

Online Support / Web Portal




Sword Medical’s Ltd web based direct access portal allows you full sight of real time data regarding your repairs. There will be full access to all your history. In addition, you are able to call out an engineer and book PM visits through the system, to print service reports and asset lists direct from our CRM. These services are included Free of Charge in our warranty and service contracts. This service is password protected and you will have access to your own hospital files.

Most of the equipment sold by Sword Medical Ltd can be covered by a Service Contract.

By removing the approval process often associated with instrument repair, equipment downtime is reduced, with the benefit of decreasing the number of procedures that potentially may have to be rescheduled
